DDWELC meal #16
This week has been an interesting one for me. It's never fun trying to cook for sick babies or to cook when you're not feeling well yourself! So, I made spaghetti last night, always a big hit with the little ones.

As many of you know, we butchered our over the hill birds last fall. We decided to grind up a lot of the meat to try to combat some of the expected toughness. So I used some of the ground chicken awhile back to make up a large batch of meatballs that I then froze. I've been really happy with the results. So, here it is, Spaghetti and Meatballs with garlic toast (sorry, I forgot the bread pics.)

Local dairy farmer here in Almont. (28 years)with DH and his family. I grow herbs and fresh cuts for Almont Farmers Market. I have been researching raw dairy as an addition to my part of the farm.
I can't wait till I have time to read all about you. Great post threads!

Looks like such a yummy meal - I cannot wait til I can get my garden going and get fresh produce from it. Hopefully it won't feel like to much longer,
