I only had a few oz of these particular noodles left, and a handful of roasted chicken bits left. What to do, what to do? I have to admit, I've been in kind of a slump lately. Not really being inspired in the kitchen. And then I saw a recipe for "Chicken Pappardelle with Sun Dried Tomatoes" in Cuisine at Home and decided to make my own version, served with homemade french bread topped with garlic parmesan butter and cheddar cheese.
